hi, the jack on my amp is loose. how do i go about fixing it like when i plug my lod sometimes the music distorts and ive to move the input jack about to find  point where it becomes cear again. has become quite frequent as of late

Anyone know how to send back. My input jack is loose as well..

i'm experiencing the same issue with my mustang. luckily it's still under warranty. any idea roughly how long will the whole RMA process take?

It's normal after some time of usage. Previously i sent in my first unit back for battery replacement and it took just over a mth for it to return.
