Naturally the warranty for the iem will be void as the casing will have been destroyed. The service provider for the re-shelling will usually provide a period of warranty for re-shelling if the customs don't fit, but I don't think they provide warranty for the drivers.

yup, i wonder if a re-shelled um3x will give you something close to an es3x..mm..

True. Otherwise you could send in a very old IEM and get "new" warranty on the drivers.

Just came back from the manufacturer's magic workshop. The process needed to be streamlined because the number of orders is getting higher!

hey all (:

can someone sms me @91874729 the price/contact of the person to do the make over. i've had this pair of super fi. 5 pro for about 3 years now. that day my sister sat on it and it cracked on one side at the joint. ever since i've been playing with epoxy and super glue to try and piece my wife back together. a make over would be great.
(epoxy's great only if you get the right mixture to the dot btw)
