sorry for the sucky pics .... was hungry and hands were shaky

drizzle with olive oil chuck into oven toaster for 15mins

let it cool for a few mins

flip it over and dig the little fellas out in to a bowl

choose your cheese

mix in a little butter, and a pinch of salt

mix it all up well, spread on bread and toast 3-5min

with ham and sinalco

ps: don be greedy remember to share(it's gas inducing), and don eat too much ... garlic is a mild laxative.

For a moment, I thought the bread underneath the ham was an entire chunk of roasted garlic that you made into a patty or something @_@

Wah. Overkill man like that.

Try taking a slab of beef and poking cloves of garlic into it before pan frying. Excellent.

FYI, garlic is used to kill germs in food. That is why garlic is often used in BBQ marinades.

pan fried garlic burns before the garlic becomes nice and soft,

roasting them with the skin on reduces burning on the garlic,

after roasting it is easier to remove the skin then when it was raw,

roasting also removes the strong garlic smell
so much so my garlic hating wife actually ate some ....
