I've noticed that you can switch from a High Current mode to a Low Current mode. How is this done? The manual on the Meier Audio website appears to be corrupted. Whats the impact like on the sound?

you'll just have an easier time adjusting the volume when using with sensitive IEMs

There are jumpers inside the 2Move where you can adjust the gain, which like Darkkopi said, will make it easier to adjust the volume with sensitive IEMs.  On high gain with sensitive IEMs, you will have to turn the volume down very low on the dial - in this region of the dial, many potentiometers don't work too well, and one channel will sound louder than the other.  Lowering the gain will allow you to use the volume dial beyond this region where the pot. will not have this problem.

The 2Move also has another set of jumpers inside for adjusting the current mode to better suit demanding headphones like the K701 which need more current to drive properly.

You can see the circuit board and jumper configuration on this blog:

Thanks for the info! Went for a second audition of it today and was comparing it against the Magnum and Voyager. Ultimately, I think I'll be getting the 2Move.

The 2Move is a nice amp, just realize that it does not have a built-in battery charger.  You'll have to get your own rechargeable 9V battery and charger if not using it as a DAC via USB.

If you want to burn in your amp without using batteries, the 12V adapter that comes with the Magnum will fit in the 2Move.  That's what I use on my HeadSix/XXS.

Thats not a problem as I've got external chargers anyway.

Does any 12V adaptor work with it? Just need to match the size of connector right?
