Tried the LCD-2 at Stereo a couple of days back.
It's so good, it's SICK.
It boasts the most fantastic mids I've ever heard from a headphones, period.
The bass extended so low and deep, yet it does not bleed into the mids.
The highs are smooth and not as recessed as I expected it to be.
And the clarity is amazing.
I'm feel so sick. As with my wallet.
Ouch...

i am still waiting, there is he6, lcd2 and he550?  ' i do not wanna jump ship without any direct comparison. i am hoping someone with a balanced rig like apache or equivalent could provide some reviews.  |

Another rather new LCD-2 owner here. Must say I did a rather brave thing and took the plunge without auditioning the cans first. Happy to report that I made the right choice! They are truly brilliant! |

Btw, how much noise does the LCD-2 leak? Is it reaaaaaly audible at healthy listening volumes to you guys? |

u also can damp it, the soundstage will be narrower..
