iPad mini / iPad 3

I am already spoilt with all the options available on the market and with the rumours of an iPad mini and an ipad 3 being released on February 24th 2012*, I have even more options to consider.

The 24th is Steve Jobs Birthday. So the release of the mini/iPad 3 will be seen as a tribute by apple to the incredible life of a remarkable man for whom everybody calls a genius and a visionary.

I am not a man who usually waiting for the next updated model as I know technology is always evolving and as soon as you buy a product it is at least 6 months old. So I would always advise people to buy the latest product unless the release of the update is imminent however for the iPad I may wait. Apple have been known to reinvent the yard stick and even create niches, I know there are many fans and foes of Apple so I don't want a flame war but should I wait?

I would like this thread to be about Steve Jobs, iPad/mini speculation and advance on what you think I should do. Should I bite the bullet and buy the an internet tablet or wait until February and see if Apple release a product fitting of the founders legacy?
