i don see that happen to apple store apple store not atmosphere, only white and silver everywhere. if jaben got branches, the atmosphere cannot be replicated by just hanging lots of headphones around:) Also, where can we find a clonning facility so that we can have one uncle wilson per branch? hehe. |

I don't think apple store had any atmosphere to start with.
I love my mac though... Once you go Mac you never go back...
But I also think once a place expandsm the warmth is gone...

before I step into jaben for the very 1st time, my dream impression of jaben shop would be like the rest of the aldelphi shops with cosy sofa and dim lighting  imagine you can sit on a 1 pc sofa, in front of use u could try 5 different headphones, there could be 3-5 stations.... that would cool right? |

I dare say if Jaben was interested in serving only the higher end market, it would have softas and lighting and what not like the rest of Adelphi, but the prices of the goods would be correspondingly higher. No dacs or amps costing low hundreds but higher end ones costing thousands.
Since many of us Jabenites are students or employees with restricted budget, imo its good that Jaben keeps to the small shop, and passes the savings from rental and maintainance to us buyers. It would be nice to have a larger more comfortable shop, but I think at present its unrealistic

As to why Apple shops are so large and so elegantly decorated, aye I'm sure its all paid from the profits Apple generated from the sale of their ipod and related products. That is, its paid by us.
