Hi all, anyone know where to find good DJing courses to learn how to do mixing in Singapore. I mainly listen to electronic dance music (progressive house, tech-house, prog trance and some minimal) I know frontallabs had one (not sure they still have it around) and also DJ Yukun is running one but not sure of the prices. Anyone informed of the courses or is there any other good recommended ones around? Thanks!

Paul T? nvr really heard of him..I only know about Yukun and I think few of the frontallabs used to give some courses. Do you have any more details of him before I call him or something. Does he have a website? Thanks jeremy.

Just google-ed about him and found his site www.quadmix.com and his myspace page http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid=116656354. Hes doing pretty good, getting a fair no of international acts as well. But his website does not state any information about him teaching any DJ-ing courses or is it a strictly private session only? Actually me and a few friends are interested in picking up DJ-ing so looking for someone who would be willing to teach us over the weekends perhaps.

Hi,

SAE (School of Audio Engineering) also has a branch in Singapore...they have a DJ course which i was interested in..couldnt pursue it due to my own College education.

I ve been DJing for a long time from home..i made some mixes, I have an Online Radio Station broadcasting and i ve been learning it myself.

btw..do u have DJ gear / Turntables?

i had a guy in high school who was a pathetic DJ..but since he got Pioneer CDJ-1000 ..he easily got lot of gigs on him.
