Good Day to All,
Have been looking online for more information on lecia cameras in Singapore so far haven't been successfully at locating any sort of price list.
Actually the camera that I am looking at is more of a point and shoot kind rather then those huge and full of professional features kind.
Models that I found from their main site that might be of interests are: C-Lux 2/3, D-Lux 4/3, M8/7. It would be great is anyone can point me at the right direction to which stores in Singapore can I find them at a great bargain.

Many thanks in advance for all inputs.

Regards,
Ang

Cathay Photo at Peninsula Plaza would be your best bet. Either that or Alan Photo @Sim Lim Square. Ask for -quote from them before going down.

I second that. They have the best range for Leica in Singapore, new and old.

I try to avoid AP whenever possible as their salespersons will always try to raise the prices if they think you're an easy target. For CP, the prices that all staff quote only vary ~$20 max, and the salesperson might even put in filters/accessories FOC if you're buying large amount of goods

Whichever shop you go to be it AP or CP, you still need to do your homework, find out the prices and all. With the internet, it's not too difficult to find out whether things are overpriced here and that includes the ACCESSORIES, especially those 3rd party ones.

Also, my recommendation is to stick to 1-2 salesperson that you're comfortable with and the guys I deal with know better not to play me out.  Also, go on the days when it's not crowded (avoid Saturdays).

hmm... you do know that the C-Lux, D-Luxes are affordable, while the M8/7 are quite on a different level (I'm talking $10,000++ range)

anyway when I saw the topic, I thought to myself "whoa someone just won lottery!!" Cheesy Cheesy

good luck though. Cheesy Cheesy
