standard things like personal information ic, address ic photo etc. all relevant education certs or qualifications, previous employments including length and jobscope, skills, expected salary. when you can start work, how long you can be committed. erm and for some custom introduction of yourself, what you are looking for, why this company etc etc etc. basically selling yourself to the company. different company might look for different things so this part is flexible.

one tip when asked about previous salary. politely decline to reveal (better reread your contract some include clause that forbids you to reveal your salary). direct them to the HR dept of your previous job instead.

oh wait this is a temp job right. maybe don't need something so comprehensive.

Well, if it's only for a temp job and you only have O's, people can't expect you to have a perfect resume. Still, try to make it professional looking and put in relevant information only.
