try the steaks at Big Ds at holland drive. they're a bit pricey for hawker food but they're probably better than the steaks you can find at most mid range restaurants

I had a porterhouse at Ashton Prime once. They didn't cook it that well. Granted its a difficult cut to cook but the outer bits were welldone and the center bits around the bone almost raw. Other than that its ok. Still dreaming of Morton's one day...

Sorry to hear that. Poterhouse steak a very good cut... and true enuf.. its easy to undercook... i have my fair share of under cook poterhouse too..
