"Ordnance" is wrongly spelled on the main forum page, Uncle Wilson!

You spelled it as "Odnance" instead of "Ordnance" !   Cheesy

And bought it for my friend's birthday...

Basically overall upgrade +++ from .22.

Clear, punchy and good separation. Not so much on 3D massive soundstage and all, but very very clear and simple.

Though the crack when you touch your earphones to the sides gets louder too.. =X Friend found that out the painful way.

Bought .25 last week..

choose .25 rather than martini or .22
but should try it on your own... cause personal reference..

i found the .25 vocal is more forward and open.. separation and detail also more with .25
 
also have DAC..

the battery life also great.. from when i bought, already played for 100hours+ before charging...
right now, still playing but do know when it will need charging again...

will inform later about the battery life..

Wonder what is your source to run in this amp? ipod. cd or radio?
(I thought ipod can only run 20-30 hours on battery)
Also, what is your headphone/iem? Maybe the cans driver is very sensitive and consumes less battery juice.

yap.. from ipod 100h+ i get from accumulation, each the ipod need recharge, my touch can go around 41-47h per charge, so after 2 time charge the ipod, than the amp give up... around 100h+ Cheesy

i'm using westone 3

after charging i tried the .25 battery life
once again... this time running on my pc, that never shut down, and repeat the foobar playlist...

and the result i about the same, last night the .25 is still on, and it's already running about 107h+ continuously , but when i wake up this morning, it's already turn off... Cheesy
so minimal battery life that i get 107h... plus ... don't know how many hours the.25 still play until it run out battery when i sleep Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

i'm using westone 3 also for this test...

Uncle Wilson introduced me to the ".25"... before that I was auditioning GoVibe Magnum and Petite...

As a bass head and a bassist myself, I loved the clarity and the forward sound of it... I was trying it on one of Hiromi's tracks.. and this was the only one that I could hear the fastest-fingered basslines note for note clearly through my ATH-ES7. Really simple, clear-sounding, forward-sounding, ACCURATE (IMO).. Bassist would love this.
