1. Payment Methods
Jaben Online Store currently only accepts payment through Paypal.
2. Shipping & Delivery
The prices of all our products exclude shipping charges. It will be calculated and shown after you choose the product and ready for check out.

Shipping rate depends on weight, dimension, and destination. gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.


Shipping methods

FedEx (recommended)

    * FedEx International Priority offers 1-2 days delivery
    * FedEx International Economy offers 2-3 days delivery

Please refer to http://www.fedex.com/sg/tracking/codes.html to check which countries Fedex delivers to.


Standard Air Parcel (Applies to those countries that Fedex does not serve)

    * Standard Air parcel offers 18-42 days delivery.


Orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days.

Delivery time is dependant on the destination.

Jaben Online Store will not be held responsible for customs clearance issues.
 
3. Signed Deliveries
If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package, or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
 
4. Tracking Information
You will receive an email to inform you about your tracking number after we send out your order.

Tracking numbers are provided only for shipment sent via our courier shipping services.
5. Warranty Policy
Headphones and Earphones:

We offer a one-year Limited Warranty against parts and labor defects for all headphones and earphones sold by Jaben Online Store.

Amplifiers:

We offer a one-year Limited Warranty against parts and labor defects for all amplifiers sold by Jaben Online Store.

Cables and Interconnects:

We offer a 30-day Limited Warranty to protect against product defects.

6. How to get Warranty Service
Please provide us with the following:

    * Your order number
    * Proof of purchase (invoice from online store/Paypal)
    * Return shipping address
    * Defected unit. Please ship it without any accessories and extension cables for faster RMA process

RMA shipping will be covered one-way (from Jaben Online Store to the customer) only.
